I agree. Provia 100F with 2 stop push renders shadows darker than desired,
so exposing it at 320 instead of the theoretical 400 is a nice thing,
though contrast is a bit harsh.
For high speed and less serious work, Sensia 400 gives great results --
maybe @500. It pushes pretty well to 1600.
