There seem to be alot of disappointed people on the dpreview Olympus forum.
Alot think Olympus should have stuck with the E series only as a well built
consumer camera. I have Nikon glass as well (as do a fair chunk of list
members I think) so the Kodak is really tempting.

I cannot figure Olympus out. Seems like they can only get their act
together every once in a while. Take a look at the 2100uz. Superb camera.
Then the E series. The rest? Just P&S. Oh well. I am just worried that
they are so far behind now that nothing they do will be profitable.

Feels kind of like Siliconfilm, doesn't us. Keep leaking. Keep showing
prototypes.

Never actually deliver.

Unfortunately, everyone else is passing them by. 4/3" when both Kodak (!)
and Canon have introduced full-frame? What's the Olydak supposed to be in
resolution? Unless it's way up there, they've already lost, unless this is
just supposed to be another consumer camera and, if so, it better be
cheaper.
