4/3 is for the diagonal of the image sensor... one of the web pages has the
length and width dimensions, with the 4/3 area, APS negative size, and 35mm
negative size. The 4/3 sensor size is about 14mm x 18mm, which is smaller
than APS or 35mm, though larger than 16mm film frame size.
