Maybe I'm way off base here, but the one item that made my eyes bug a bit
(no more prosthesis stories) was the one about the 600mm telephoto prototype
being shown behind closed doors that's an F2.8 lens...

Yes, I'm also disappointed, at 2003 it has to be at least 8Mp. But they said
the "real" one will be smaller than the prototype that is the only thing
good to hear.
