The 180/2.8 is quite a bit different, but there's a couple of possible places
it might come loose, depending on where.

If the "wobble" is in the rear end:
Remove three screws, and the mount will come off. Underneath you'll see four
screws holding the next assembly on -- be sure these are all tight.

If the distance ring slips, it's held by several screws through it's side,
under the rubber grip and a plate underneath that is usually taped on.

If the "nose" wobbles, there's some screws holding it to the body of the lens
that might be loose. Hold the knurled ring at the rear of the hood
and unscrew the hood. This will reveal a set screw (or hole -- some lenses
don't have the screw) that holds the front group in place -- loosen
or remove it if it's there. Put a mark across the seam so you can realign the
front group to the same place (don't worry -- it'll be under the
hood so you won't see it) and unscrew the whole front group from the body --
you might need to get some big pieces of rubber to grip with, and if
it's too tight you may want to drop a little acetone along the seam and into
the hole to loosen any thread lock. Down inside are the screws that
hold the front end of the lens onto the body -- be sure they're tight.
