John, As far as I know no relatives in N. Wales. Family have been in
S.Wales since about 1900. Stonemasons who came into the area when mining
(remember that :-( ) boomed in the area and lots of building work started.
Came from Somerset / Forest of Dean. Must obviously have come over from
Ireland at some stage :-) Regards,

Excuse me for asking but as you are from Wales are you, or any of your
relatives, from the Bangor area? I was in primary school (Garth,
Bangor) in the '40's and remember someone with the name Duggan. An
unusual name in the area, and I just wondered!
