Why would they not put it in the professional level films?

It is, but *only* in the color negative, not the chromes. Fujicolor Professional NHGII is an older emulsion without the 4th layer. It's also available *only* in 120 and 220 size for medium format, not 135 size. Fuji's letter designations for their current 135 size color negative films:

Consumer:
  CA = Superia 200
  CH = Superia 400, Superia X-tra 400, and Press 400
  CN = Superia 100
  CS = Superia Reala (ISO 100)
  CU = Superia 1600, and Press 1600
  CZ = Superia 800, and Press 800

Professional:
  NPC = daylight ISO 160 (higher contrast than NPS)
  NPH = daylight ISO 400
  NPL = tungsten ISO 160T
  NPS = daylight ISO 160 (lower contrast than NPC)
  NPZ = daylight ISO 800

The Mystery:
What the heck is Fujicolor Super HQ ???
There's no letter designation on the box!!
It's dirt cheap at the discount department stores (Meijer, [Wal,K]-Mart, Sam's Club, etc.).
