A low dollar is difficult for many of us consumers of US goods in 
Canada but its good for those who work in industries that export to 
the US. I would suggest that the term "pitiful" would not be shared 
by all in Canada. Certainly, a number of economics types believe that 
world markets are undervaluing the Canadian dollar.
