Tom,
I'd stay away from the 3v Lithiums. It seems that they can't deliver as much
instantaneous current as OMs need, and you're prone to getting lockups even
with fresh batteries. I missed some nice photos at a high school reunion a
few years ago because of Lithium batteries, before I new better.
Search the archive for more on this topic, and you may also find info on
mail-order sources for SR44s.
