The company sounds like it is a bit confused.  Tech's saying no E30 while
the company says there will be:

If you read down it says there will be a continuance of the E-series.

What is going on with this company?

This is just what Oly did over ten years ago in film cameras, with their
defacto abandonment of the OM system. The ongoing line of P&S cameras are
highly regarded for their optical qualities and size/handling, but are a bit
delicate. Sounds a little like the E digitials, doesn't it.
