No, in my opinion, the OM mount is a dead-end, digitally. Olympus has
repeatedly said that there will be no backward compatibility. If you put
money into a (future?) adapter to use an OM lens on a Canon EOS body, you'll
never be able to take a single meter reading, not even stopped down. We
don't even know if the auto diaphragm would work. I doubt it. That's a
mess especially because, unlike some other families, our Zuikos can't be
locked at the taking aperture.
