An update on my craziness (according to some) or, put another, my
OM gear for sale:
1. The web listing has been updated. Eight items have been sold.
Prices have been entered for other stuff (not everything, but a fair
amount). Please feel free to go check it again, if you wish:

2. If you sent me a message at my e-mail address
(chris@xxxxxxxxx) and haven't heard back from me, *please* be
patient. I've been swamped with messages. Seems like I answer
one message and 3 more arrive. I *will* get caught up, but it might
take a day or two.
3. The last I looked, I have 291 unread mailing list messages.
There's *no* hope of me getting caught up anytime soon. So, if
you're interested in something, do NOT post your message to the
mailing list as I'll probably not see it. See #2 for my e-mail address.
4. Regarding the OM-Traders mailing list... see #3 above. There's
fewer unread messages there, but I'll still probably miss it. See #2
for my e-mail address.
5. I've priced my gear based on one or more of the following: (1)
what I paid for it, (2) what it "typically" goes for on that filthy auction
site we won't name, (3) what it sells for typically at retail (Camtech,
B&H, Henry's, etc.), and (4) what I "feel" it's worth.
6. If I have a price that is higher than what you hoped for, talk to
me about it! No, folks, this is NOT a fire sale so don't expect me to
give it away. But, I'm willing to "dicker" and be reasonable.
7. For some items (the grip straps, the f280 flash, etc.), I've had
many, many inquiries. In those cases, I'm keeping a list by who
responded first, second, etc. If I said you're down the list, still feel
free to speak up if you *really* want it (including an offer), and I'll
tell those above you on the list to either speak-up or step aside.
8. On a similar note, if you're on a list for something popular and
you're *not* really interested, speak up! It's not fair to keep other,
interested people "on hold" while you're window shopping.
9. And, finally, if you're just "window shopping" and aren't really
interested in buying, please give me a day or two to get caught-up
with the deluge of mail and then send me an e-mail with your
inquiry. As I said before, I'm getting swamped with e-mail. Better
yet, bookmark the web page and keep an eye on it.
More updates to follow, as I get time. Thanks to EVERYONE who's
expressed an interest in my gear thus far!
