Silvernosed, your telco is by far not the odd one out in the telco
world. :-) The company I work for (until end of March, when I'll be
officially retrenched -- I got my notice mid-November) has sales staff
that won't even return customer calls if they want to buy something as
small as an E-1 (2Mbps line).
Time to change industries. I've heard Internet is going to be a big one
next. No? Wrong century? Doh!
