Yes it does on my EOS RT. One can change that himself on the adapter 
(2 screws).

Yes, this adapter is able to focus to infinity.

I just have to compensate -1/2 stop day light and no compensation TTL 
flash to have well exposed pics. It is written that no compensation is needed 
with bodies like EOS 1N. I have not tried.
