If what you received was sent via EMS mail, which is typically the case when
PBB/Purolator are invloved, then only $5 of your total fee is the handling
charge. Since they are acting as agents for Canada Post, they are bound by
the regulations which require them to charge no more than $5. You should
ask for a clarification of the charges, perhaps you do owe them $25 in taxes
for something. I've always found PBB very easy to deal with and never really
had a problem with them.

Keep in mind that they are acting as agents for the government (Canada Post).
It may be wise to pay the $30, they may be able to make your life hell if you
don't :-)
