You forgot "Big, Fat, Loudmouth Limousine Liberal hypocrite."

One of his recent loudmouth tirades occurred in London when he flew, well
no, lumbered off the handle and berated the entire theatre crew of working
folk who helped him put on his one man 'show' in London. Yes, a man of the
little people. Then he took his toys and went home, mumbling something about
ungrateful English ... I guess not enuf of them came to hear his drivel.

Speaking of his drivel, one of this great American's last remarks in London
was that, paraphrasing "If the 9/11 planes hadn't been full of cowardly
white men, all of the planes would have been taken back from the skinny
Arabs with their little knives."
