Hello again all,
Sorry if this is off topic, but can any of you good guys point me
towards a repair/service manual (ideally free off the net) for a Vivitar
Series 1 35mm - 85mm 2.8 variable focus zoom (OM fit of course!). I've
heard great things about these and picked this one up cheap which is
near mint but not stopping down. I have taken a couple of lesser lenses
apart & successfully reassembled in the past, but am reluctant to 'have
a go' at this without prior knowledge or advice if any of you guys would
be kind enough. Perhaps it needs specially alignment when reassembled?
I would also be interested to hear any recommendations for professional
repair in UK (Hertfordshire).
