[OM] Spectral response of OM meters

Dear Zs,

I am interested at looking at the spectral response of various OM meters
(in particular OM-2, OM-2N, OM-2S(P), OM-4).  Would anyone happen to
know the generic part number for the OM OTF metering cells, so that I
could find the spectral response data ?  Are all of the cells in these
cameras silicon photo diodes ?
