Haven't dealt with him, but I did a little email communication with him when
I first discovered his novel listing style. He's a very cordial chap, has a
great sense of humor (obviously), but beyond that I've no idea of his
business reputation.
BTW, my interchanges with him had to have happened four to five years ago
now....
