I have one of these and, although not a dedicated film scanner, it
does a very passable job with 35mm film but, to me, a remarkable job
with medium format (645).

Generally, an A4 print from a 35mm negative does not look as good
(less crisp) as a direct print from a first generation digital image
(Olympus E-10), but a print from a scanned 645 format negative is
definitely superior to that from the E-10. Considering that the E-10
produces remarkably good images itself, that's praise indeed!
