The focus was good with the 1-13, before inserting the 2-13. I have to
check now, by reinserting the old 1-13, if the focus is (seems) still off.
The effect now is that the focus seems slighty off - if you measure the
lenght of a lens from the point of where it seems in focus at infinity, and
the lenght at the infinity mark, this difference is in the order of some
1/10 of a millimeter. So is it possible that the new screen is only a
little thicker than it should be?
The other idea is that the frame that holds the mirror in place is now out
of order. Is it possible?

I had some beattie screens where the screen was made with the matte on the
wrong side, OR the tab was in the wrong place. I have never seen that on
an
Olympus screen.

Either way, the matte (which should be facing up) was facing the mirror and
threw all focusing off. If, somehow, the mirror stop got bent, that would
affect mirror angle and finder focus. Easiest test is with a lens you know
to be good at infinity, point it at the horizon and focus it (which you
have
already done. ) BUT is focus STILL good with the 1-13?
