Correct here. If they'd been enthusiatic I would chipped in, driven out to
inspect, whatever. If it's almost all stuff no-one needs...
If he doesn't make his reserve, it might be worth suggesting to him what
items *would* sell. He's better off making something from it, and I think
reducing the volume would increase the saleability.
