I remember seeing one of these guides, or something similar in the familiar
kodak yellow, in Vancouver a year or two ago. It was priced circa C$50 and
had a couple of dials stitched into the rear cover. Minus the dials, the
book was no more than a $10 "how to" book. Perhaps I am mistaking what
others have referred to but minus the dials the book I saw was wildly
overpriced for content value.
