No ideas here.  I've surfed to your link with Internet Explorer (latest 
edition with all updates applied) and with Opera 7.01.  Flawless in both 
cases, although your HTML is a bit bloated (I assume that's because you 
used MS Word to create the HTML for your page, no?).
