346 grams, 65 mm long, 65 mm diameter, f/3.5-f/3.8 does not seem like too
much of a test for a wrist to me.

I didn't even realize Tamron had a zoom in that range. Does that count as
an opinion? Anxious to see the response you get. All I know is my old Viv
series I in that range is a monster. Solid and sharp, but a wrist tester.

Does anyone on the list know if the Tamron 24-48mm zoom had a lenshood
designed for it other than the funny little tulip shaped piece on the front
of the lens (not detachable)? This is the 13A model. Anyone have any
