As Thomas says: Always good service, but usually not cheap.
OTOH, I managed to get a 8000DKK (approx US$1000) rebate
on a new OM3Ti/90mm F:2 combo a few years ago, so you never
can tell. It did take an hour's worth of negotiations, but the prices
may not be as fixed at they first appear. Particularly once the gear
has been sitting on the shelf for awhile.
