For me these are two very different questions and not altogether relative.
I would choose the OM-3 as the meter is wonderful, and I would choose a 3Ti
if possible to get the super FP flash capabilities and the ability to shoot
flash a slow shutter speeds.
I suspect the OM-1s will be working long after the OM-3 circuit boards are
shot. If there is any film around in those days.
