Hell, just buy Everclear and then you can drink what you don't use for
cleaning. It's 196 proof and that's quite a kick. /jim

Maybe this is too simple, but isn't the anti-ice gasoline additive sold
here in the US as "Heet" 100 0sopropyl alcohol? Readily available
(certainly no 3-4 day wait), and very inexpensive.
