Peter,
What are you mounting your B300 to? Which model camera?

I do not experience any vignetting if the C730 is at the telephoto end of
its range. Naturally there is vignetting at the wide angle end of the zoom
range.

You mention a bayonet, are you using this on an OM? If so, what focal length
are you putting it on?

I have no problem with the mounting method. Mine has been on and off many
times without incident.
