One year at my mountain place, a hummingbird befriended me for some reason.
For about 20 to 30 minutes it flew just over the edge of my left shoulder at
about eye level. As I walked around working it just stayed with me, even
when I went inside my garage. Unfortunately, there was nobody there with a
camera. It might have been looking to me for protection as there were hawks
and eagles hunting in the area. It only happened the one time but it was a
nice experience. /jim
