[OM] Spam filter for Macs, was [OT] Good software for List members

If you use OSX, the Mail programme has a "Junk" filter which works 
quite well (although I have not yet formatted it to stop ingress of 
Nigerian, Congolese or Sierra Leonian pleas for bank account details) 
and a Bounce Message to Sender function.
