Bill,
I have a hard time suggesting a rationale other than sell off what you don't use. I'm leery of "rules of acquisition" when it comes to this stuff. I have a 21, 24, 28, and 35 and I use them all. According to the rules of acquisition, I'm only supposed have a 21 and 28, or a 24 and 35. If you use it, keep it. If you don't, sayonara. As for seller's remorse, you can always buy back in. I have an OM-2n that I use regularly, that is backed up by an OM-2. The
OM-1 and OM-2S don't get used too often - too pretty!

I would like to buy a 180 mm f/2.8, but I should probably sell at least one
of the 200s. And how many 28[35]~70 zooms does one person need? Does a
person need a 24, 28 and a 35? Is one of everything the ideal? Is more
than one of everything hoggish?

Inquiring minds want to know...
