Finally, I managed to stumble across a 4x5 deal I couldn't pass
up. Saturday, I bought a Crown Graphic in what I'd deem EXC+
condition. The lens has extremely minor cleaning marks in the
coating, but otherwise the unit is pretty faultless. It's just
taking a couple of hours to clean the dirt off to reveal the
shiny stuff underneath.
>From what I can ascertain, it was made in 1964, which makes it
only a couple years older than me. Shoot, there are commercial
airliners in service that are older than that.
Now, to find a place in the camera bag for the holders...
Oh, and it is a silvernose!
