I'd be willing to BET that when you submit that form it does NOT go to
Paypal but to someone stealing your credit card info.  They would NEVER ask
you to fill out such a form.

I just received the message below from "Paypal" saying they are trying
to locate inactive customers to keep them on their list.  They are
asking for credit card numbers, ATM PINs, and passwords.  Looks real
official.  I wonder how many people fall for this scam.

Where should I report this.
