What did you buy it for?  The electronics within that body are aging whether 
it sits in a box or you get the joy of using it.  I would use it as a 
"fairweather" camera (perfect weather conditions only).  But I would use it.  
Lousy 
weather/conditions, take your battery-eatin' 4 and an extra user 50/1.8 out to 
take the abuse.

Or... you could sell it to somebody else who might never use it; or might 
trash it.  YOU own it.  Why not carry it with pride and enjoy it?
