My Tamron 35-105/2.8 doesn't have zoom creep, unless I shake it up and down in vertical position to force it. On the other hand, my Tamron 28-200/3.8-5.6 is the only two-touch zoom I've ever had that has zoom creep. I think zoom creep is one of those things that varies a bit between individual lenses when new and then diverges further with use and wear.

Might have been me . . . recently asked about its predecessor, the 35-105/2.8 which I bought used. A little smaller and lighter than the 28-105/2.8 and can suffer some "zoom creep" which the newer one's design "fixed" but it has superb optics.
