[OM] What should I pay for a 38/2.8 with flash ?

     I have a chance to buy a 38/2.8 macro with the T power controll and
T-28 flash set-up, I believe it it is the twin flash , all the gear is
described as EX + but I have not seen it yet. What should I offer ? I may
have a chance to get a good price since it is being sold
locally............
