If you happen to like Icelandic salmon, look in your supermarket for a
two quid packet. The fish slices rest on a cardboard about 6 by 7
inches; one side is gold, the other silver. Washed and dried, the
cardboard makes an excellent reflector for small objects like flowers.
And the salmon is sooo good.
