[OM] 4ti circuit?

I moved the switch on my OM4 to the battery check position and it turned off
after 30 seconds. Does this mean it has a 4ti circuit? I thought it was to
remain on for 40 seconds then hut off, am I wrong or is the time only a
rough guideline?
