Just for clarification, the following web address will take you to a photo
of the busiest floatplane base in the world.  And no, it's not in
Washington.  According to the FAA, it's Lake Hood in Anchorage.  There are
hundreds of floatplanes based at this lake.  Everything you can imagine
plus some you can't believe still fly.  It's an aviation photographer's
dream.  If you are looking for real working bush planes, there is no other
place like it.  And in the winter, it turns into the largest ski plane base
in the world.
