I agree. If you flick between the two web pages rapidly the only difference is that certain faces seem to be slightly softer on the IV image than the Photoshop image. Also the lady wearing a black jumper with a red flower on to the right, her flow is much redder in Photoshop than in IV. In fact, I would say that the Photoshop image appears to be much coarser, and less aesthetically pleasing. Thanks for the comparisons.

At 300% view IV is better to my eyes. I think your may try slightly
different compression level, different software may perform differently at
different setting. Anyway I think the different is small and your
compression level used was too high.
