Get an adaptor MR-9 to allow use of SR-44 batteries:
http://www.rolleicamera.com/sales-batt-adapt.htm

Or read this to understand the background, and make your own adaptor (you
do, of course, have a soldering iron - we covered that topic a month ago):

Subject: [OM] False metering On OM-1

Hello Zuicoholics,
Lately it is difficult to get Mallory PX625 batteries for my OM-1. So I had
to use PX625A alkaline instead. Since then the meter gives me 1-2 stops
overexposure readings when compared with my handheld Gossen Luna Pro SBC or
my other bodies. Any suggestions?

Best regards,
Stylianos Georgakis
