I suspect that someone will machine up an adapter that allows the physical
mounting of OM lenses on the E1, however there will be -no- electronic
interactions at all... if the camera needs a 'handshake' from the lens to
work (software-wise) then even this might not be possible. What is needed
now is for someone to get their hands on an E1 lens mount, and the
electronic specs and see what the situation is. CH is using Zuiko lenses on
a C*non digicam, so it probably can be done... but more info is needed.
Pretty much the situation for the whole E1 at this time... I've seen some
nice images and some good-looking equipment, but right now I'm not ready to
spend $4000 to get a basic setup <g>.
