1 Yes, no doubt.  It also means you can use the TC with any OM mount lens
(unlike the Tamron TC)
2 Yes (and also assuming there is nothing in the lens, as you say)
3 Dunno, don't have the lens :-(

So it sounds like the easiest solution is to attach a dedicated adaptall
mount permanently to the lens and then swap in the zuiko TC as you would
normally with any  lens? Assuming there is nothing in the adaptall mount
that would interfer with the protruding element of a 1.4xa? Of course I
would check each lens for clearance as well.  Specifically does the 300/2.8
with adaptall attached mount to the 1.4xa?
