Does anyone have a new working link for the free Digital Image Recovery
program?. The link below won't let anyone in.

This link "worked" for me, in that it redirected to
http://www.arcor.de/content/index.html
I did a search for "Digital Image Recovery", which found a download link at
http://www.freewarepage.de/download/1373.shtml
This downloads a "readme" file which says:

I don't know if it's relevant, but there is another program called
Zero Assumption Digital Image Recovery. You can start with this
