While one typically can't compare eBay auctions to retail store
asking prices
(they are different venues), this is one case where you ought to
print out an
eBay auction by Olympus America:

then walk into the store and see if that $172.49 sale can't drive
down the
price you would have to pay. Of course, you need to consider if the
one you
are looking at is SC or MC, which makes a difference in its value.

If all the paperwork is in the box, too, then your condition grade
(assuming
no wear and KEH grading) is LN, not LN-. That also makes a difference
in the
price.
BTW, Olympus America is being rather vague in what they are really
selling on
eBay. They put up SIF origin photos, tell buyers nothing about boxes
and
sometimes even show more gear in a picture than they seem to actually
be
selling.
