Lunacy ........ makes one realize that those policeman likely have little
more than a grade nine education. Also, it's a mentality that further helps
reduce any lingering respect that policemen might have had. Stupidity at its
worst. Pleased that I live in Canada where policemen do not ticket pregnants
ladies for going slowly or people who sit on milk crates.
