Both of my OM-PCs always look "greasy", not white.  I've tried mild 
soapy-dampened t-shirt without luck.  I don't want to get too
agressive about this because I don't want to "melt" the cover and it's not 
hurting anything.

Armorall is very slick so if you try it, I'd dilute the stock solution 1:1 and 
apply it at 68 degrees under an OC safelight with
mild agitation for 5 seconds every 30 seconds.
