I like them toasted. Sometimes with cream cheese. There are many flavored
cream cheese spreads. My favorite is honey walnut on a toasted plain bagel.
The bagel varies widely, depending on the boiler/baker. Here in the states,
I particularly like Einstein Brothers bagels. Of course, any of them become
useless pucks within a couple of days. Got to enjoy them fresh!
