There are a number of things to check 

First, one's eyes should be checked by an opthamalogist. Small changes 
can indicate conditions which may seriously affect one's sight later.

Second, lenses also go astray. I would have the 100/2 and 35-105 lenses 
checked by a repairman with the proper optical equipment to check them.

Also make sure the 4T's dioptre adjustment is adjusted for maximum 
sharpness of the screen with the lens off.
